Even though Extraction 2 just came out on Netflix, Chris Hemsworth has said that the next part is already being made.
Hemsworth and the movie’s director, Sam Hargrave, were at the streaming service’s TUDUM: A Global Fan Event for the action movie when they told a live crowd that there would be a third movie in the series.
In the Extraction movies, Hemsworth plays Tyler Rake, an assassin who works for “black operations” and is sent on very dangerous jobs. In the first movie, the hero is tricked while trying to save the stolen son of a crime boss. In the second movie, the agent who was thought to be dead makes a “surprise” return to save a Georgian gangster’s family.
One of the big action scenes in Extraction 2 is said to be almost 20 minutes long and was shot in “one shot.” Digital Spy says, “The action is what makes Extraction 2 worth your time.”
Hemsworth, meanwhile, became famous as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Last year, he found out that he has a higher chance of getting Alzheimer’s disease, which led many people to think that he might “take some time off” from playing.
After finding out about his health while working on the TV show Limitless, the actor recently confirmed reports about his future career by saying that two plots that had nothing to do with each other had been mixed up.
