When Adipurush came out on June 16, the crowd didn’t like it very much. All over the country, people didn’t like the movie. From the bad VFX to the bad speech, the movie doesn’t seem to have lived up to what people were hoping for. In the middle of all this, it was just revealed that Ramanand Sagar’s famous TV show Ramayan will soon be shown again. Shemaroo TV said that the show about myths would start showing on the station on July 3. Fans have been saying that Adipurush is like Ramayan, for those who don’t know.
ADIPURUSH WILL BE SHOWN AGAIN ON TV
Since it came out, the movie with Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan has been the talk of the town. People have questioned whether or not the movie is true and how it shows the facts. Arun Govil, who played Lord Ram in the Ramayan, even called Adipurush “Hollywood ki cartoon.”
In Ramayana, Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia played the parts of Ram and Sita, and Sunil Lahiri played the role of Lakshman. Shemaroo TV’s Instagram account posted a video from the show and wrote, “World famous mythological serial Ramayan is back for all the fans and our audience. Watch it from July 3, 7.30pm, on your favourite channel Shemaroo TV) (sic).”

The Hindu novel Ramayana is the basis for the historical action movie Adipurush. Om Raut wrote the script and directed the movie. It was made by T-Series and Retrophile. The movie stars Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and Devdatta Nage. It was shot at the same time in both Hindi and Telugu. The film cost a huge Rs 500 crore to make, making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever made.
